Baked Pear with Pistachios and Yogurt
Ingredients:
1 Bosc Pear
Drizzle of coconut oil
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1/4 cup pistachio nuts
2 Tablespoons of almond milk yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash and core Bosc pear.
Cut in half and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Drizzle with coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for about 35-45 minutes.
Top with almond milk yogurt and pistachio nuts.
